Last Friday, we hit pause on our usual email.

But that’s exactly why we’re reaching out today.

We don’t want to be just another email.

Why Connection Matters at EOC?

A little bit about me:

I used to feel like I was surrounded by people but still somehow alone.

Life was busy and there was always something to do, somewhere to be, or another thing pulling my attention.

I was moving fast, but I wasn’t connecting. Not really.

I wanted deeper conversations and real friendships, but I never had the time. Or maybe, I never made the time.

And honestly? That feeling sucked.

So it wasn’t until I started slowing down and being intentional about my connections (both with others and with myself) that everything changed.

Now, every choice I make, every space I create (including this one) is rooted in something deeper: real, meaningful connection.

That’s what EOC is about. That’s what this email is about.
