This week, during our bi-weekly breathwork session, participants felt an inner awakening!

The session was about expanding our consciousness. It’s a term we may have heard a few times but this week we dove deep into what it really means to open up your awareness to what’s possible in our lives.

In fact, we heard news of a huge opportunity a client opened up to the very next day after the session! She put her mind towards what she wanted and the very next day, the universe opened up and provided what she asked for.

Now this may not happen right away for everyone, however learning to truly expand your mind has enormous benefits.
